David Stubbs, DDS Founder of Stubbs Dental Implant Center
With extensive post-graduate education and training in all specialties of dentistry, including, IV sedation, and implant dentistry, Dr. David Stubbs is a highly skilled and experienced dental implant specialist at Stubbs Dental Implant Center. Dr. David Stubbs graduated from The University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry and immediately following served as an officer in the US Navy where he received post-graduate education and expert clinical training in all specialties of dentistry. Dr. Stubbs places a high priority on the comfort of his patients in his approach to dentistry. He wants everyone to have a positive experience at the dentist. Since founding Stubbs Dental Implant Center in 2014 his focus shifted towards dental implants and full mouth reconstruction, such as the life-changing All-on-4 treatment.
A lifelong passion for helping others drives Dr. Stubbs' philanthropic efforts, he and his team believe in making a positive impact in their community and the world. Dr. Stubbs cites two life-changing events that have instilled in him a desire to help people in whatever way he can. The first is serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Ecuador where he served the people of Ecuador for two years. The second is going to Peru years later to treat the less fortunate on a dental mission. Through his tireless efforts, Dr. Stubbs has provided free dental care to countless individuals who previously lacked access to dental services. He continues to serve communities around the world, bringing much-needed dental care to those in need.
Dr. Stubbs has called the South Davis County area his home with his family since 2012. In 2014, he established Stubbs Dental Implant Center, which opened its doors the day after he and his wife, Brandy Kaye, adopted their son Dylan. Nine months later, they welcomed their daughter Kaylee Anne into their growing family. Along with their beloved Russian Blue cat, Gus Gus, the family continues to thrive in their close-knit community.
James Willardsen, DDS Murray & Lehi, UT
With over 27 years of dental experience, Dr. Jim Willardsen is a highly esteemed cosmetic and dental implant dentist known for his exceptional skills and knowledge. After obtaining a degree in Biology from Brigham Young University, he went on to graduate from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 1996. During his 18-year practice in Nevada, he was consistently recognized as a Top Dentist by his peers in Las Vegas Life Magazine. Currently residing in Salt Lake City with his three children, Dr. Willardsen is dedicated to continuously advancing his education to provide the best care for his patients. He regularly takes courses in areas such as occlusion, neuromuscular dentistry, full mouth restoration, dental implants, and the All-on-4 treatment.
Dr. Willardsen is a proud father of two boys and a daughter. He enjoys snow skiing, motocross, mountain/road cycling and going to the beach with his family as often as possible. When he is not working or spending time with the family, he spends his personal time training as an amateur cyclist. He competes in cycling races yearly, having completed Lotoja 8 times. This race starts in Logan Utah and ends in Jackson Hole, WY, extending 206 miles. It is considered the longest single-day classic race in the USA. This is one of his most treasured accomplishments. Dr. Willardsen is a devoted member of his church and volunteers to work with young men as a leader, teacher, friend, and mentor.
Kris Kuchenmeister, DDS

Dr. Kris Kuchenmeister, also known as "Dr. K", is an expert in dental implant and sedation dentistry with 11 years of experience. A graduate of the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California in 2012, he also holds degrees in chemistry, human resource management, and Spanish from Utah State University, where he earned his Master of Business Administration in 2007. In addition to his dental career, Dr. K is a dedicated member of the armed forces, having served for 12 years and achieved the rank of Major in the United States Army Reserves in 2018. He is passionate about serving both his country and communities around the world.
Dr. K is a highly skilled dental implant specialist with additional expertise in sinus augmentation and certifications in IV Sedation and ACLS. He has a deep commitment to ongoing education, a passion that began when he worked as a dental assistant in high school and fell in love with the field. At Stubbs Dental Implant Center, Dr. K has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in full-mouth dental implant reconstruction surgeries and takes great joy in transforming his patient's lives through his work.
In his free time, Dr. K enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley, and their four sons, Ryan, Ethan, Grey, and Archer. When they get a break from their crazy schedules they enjoy spending time in nature, hiking, fishing, and taking road trips as a family.
Shane Phillips, DDS Murray, UT
With 26 years of experience in dentistry, Dr. Shane Phillips is a well-established practitioner in the Salt Lake Valley. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Scientific Nutrition from Texas A&M and went on to receive his D.D.S. from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1997.
Committed to providing his patients with the most advanced and comprehensive care, Dr. Phillips invests in continuing education. He has completed further training in implant dentistry and holds a certification in sedation, ensuring that his patients have access to a wide range of dental treatment options.

In his free time, Dr. Phillips enjoys hiking, camping, hunting, sporting events, and golfing with his wife, Jeri, and family. He has four amazing children that he and his wife love spending their time with Trey, Taylor, Austin, and Alex. He also has eight delightful grandchildren that keep him on his toes.
Riley Robinson, DDS Bountiful, UT
Dr. Riley Robinson earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University-Idaho where he met his lovely wife. He went on to study dentistry at the Medical College of Virginia where he gained extensive training in dental technology. While earning his D.D.S. degree, his research in various aspects of dentistry was published in multiple reputable journals including the Journal of Dental Sleep Medicine, The Dental Investigator, and Journal of Dental Research (pending publication).
He later received further training in general dentistry at the University of Utah Health Science Center, where he excelled in oral surgery. Dr. Robinson continues to excel in this field and enjoys going through each patient's All-on-4 journey from beginning to end. Dr. Robinson has a passion for esthetic dentistry and has been recognized by both the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry for his work and excellence in this field. He strongly believes that the confidence gained from a beautiful smile can change a person’s life.
In his free time, he enjoys hiking, kayaking, and fly fishing. Dr. Robinson is an avid runner and is looking forward to completing his next marathon.
Douglas Loveland, DDS Layton, UT
Dr. Douglas Loveland has over 30 years of dental experience including owning multiple private practices. Dr. Loveland has been interested in dentistry since his very first dental appointment at four years old. He always knew dentistry was for him. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Texas San Antonio. He then went on to earn his D.D.S. degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio Dental School graduating in 1990.
Dr. Loveland has completed advanced training in various dental specialties such as implants, fixed prosthodontics, sinus lifts, ridge augmentation/preservation, advances in peri-implantitis, and restorable vs non-restorable members. He actively participates in continuing education programs to ensure that he provides his patients with the most advanced and comprehensive dental care. He is dedicated to providing his patients with the latest techniques and technology to ensure they receive the best dental care possible.
Dr. Loveland's passion lies in performing full mouth reconstruction surgeries, where he can restore patients' smiles and improve their ability to eat and function normally. Seeing the genuine smiles on his patient's faces after treatment brings him great joy and fulfillment.
Outside of his dental practice, Dr. Loveland enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and grandkids. They share a love for the outdoors and enjoy activities such as barbecuing, camping, hunting, biking, and hiking. When they are indoors, they enjoy watching movies together in their home theater as a family, creating cherished memories.
Dennis Blume, DDS Lehi, UT
Dr. Dennis J Blume was born in Ogden and has practiced dentistry for over 24 years in the Provo and Springville area before coming to Stubbs Dental. He received his Bachelors in Science from Weber State University before going on to complete his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Virginia Commonwealth University and graduating with honors (cum laude).
After owning and operating his own practice for 20 years, he decided to sell it all and bring his wealth of experience and knowledge to Stubbs Dental. With so many years under his belt, he is an expert in cosmetic and implant dental procedures, as well as more general procedures such as root canals or crowns. He has completed hundreds of hours of post-doctorate training regarding implant and cosmetic dentistry and it truly shows in both his work and his results.
A very active man, he loves spending his days riding bikes, camping, rock climbing, and boating. He even broke a record riding an electric bull in Belgium!
Kirk Johnson, DMD Lehi, UT
Meet Dr. Johnson DMD, our oral & maxillofacial surgeon! A graduate and assistant professor of Geisinger Health Center's oral surgery program, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team! Additionally, he has completed 4-year post-doc residency in which he has honed his skills and perfected his implant technique. Well-versed in a variety of dental implants, including zygomatic implants, he is sure to take great care of all of our patients. Besides being an expert oral surgeon, Dr. Johnson exudes a warm, caring, and calming aura in line with Stubbs Dentals' values and he is sure to bring you comfort during your appointments.
When he's not in the office he enjoys spending time with his family in his cabin. He particularly enjoys riding horses through our beautiful and bountiful nature! When you see him make sure to give him a warm greeting, and if you're feeling bold, ask him for horse riding tips!
Kimberley Kershaw, DMD Bountiful, UT
Dr. Kershaw was born and raised in Alberta, Canada, and completed her undergraduate education there. She received her degree in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Alberta, graduating with honors in 2011. After practicing as a hospital pharmacist in Canada for several years she then attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, graduating with honors in 2019.
After graduation, Dr. Kershaw had the opportunity to work in Pittsburgh for 3 years, as well as travel to Guatemala on a medical mission trip before relocating to Utah with her Husband. Dr. Kershaw is passionate about dentistry and aspires to provide her patients with comprehensive care in all areas of dentistry. She continually works to expand her skillset by taking continuing education focused on dental implants. Dr. Kershaw has received multiple certifications in advanced surgical extractions, single and full arch implant placement, implant surgical techniques, and much more.
Outside of the office, Dr. Kershaw and her husband love to be outdoors, snowboarding/skiing together during the winter, mountain biking or running in the summer, and enjoying artistic projects all year round!
In Loving Memory of Dr. Bostock
Dr. Daniel Bostock is a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He was born in Medford, Oregon, and grew up in the beautiful Cache Valley, Utah. He attended Utah State University and pursued undergraduate major degrees in Biology and Psychology and minor degrees in Business and Portuguese. He then attended the University of California, San Francisco, where he received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery. After dental school, he completed a General Practice Residency at the prestigious Houston Texas Medical Center and gained additional training in facial trauma, maxillofacial prosthodontics, implants, and general anesthesia. He then pursued an additional 4 years of specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery through Howard University Hospital including surgical experience at Washington, DC VA, Washington Hospital Center, Winchester Hospital, and Anne Arundel Hospital becoming very proficient in tooth extractions, implants, advanced bone grafting, orthognathic surgery, and TMJ disorders. His training also included facial plastics at Georgetown Hospital and pediatric anesthesia at Children’s National Medical Center.
During residency, Dr. Bostock was awarded the Chief Resident Award among all residents and really enjoys teaching and helping others understand complex procedures. Consultations and meeting patients are one of his favorite aspects of his profession.
It’s important for Dr. Bostock to volunteer in the community at medical and dental clinics and give back, especially after being so lucky to be trained in a wonderful and life-changing profession.
He is Board-Certified and holds certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, Facial Cosmetics, and General Anesthesia.
Aside from his passion for treating patients and improving his surgical skills, Dr. Bostock loves exploring the world, riding motorcycles, reading, staying fit, and meeting new and wonderful people.
January 10th, 2021 Dr. Daniel Bostock was killed in a head on collision in Tooele County when another car driving the wrong way hit his vehicle. Stubbs Dental is heart broken to have lost such an amazing friend and colleague. We will always honor his memory. Below you will find words our staff has shared about their time with Dr. Bostock as well as his biography. We will miss you dearly.

Matt is a 4-time CEO and has 20+ years of successfully leading both startup and growth stage companies consistently to double and even triple-digit revenue growth and profitability. He is especially adept at leading company turnarounds and expansion initiatives in a full range of sectors by building teams, optimizing operations, and raising capital when needed. Matt has extensive experience in recruiting talented leaders and developing high-performance teams in Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, HR, Operations, Finance, and Product. His companies have appeared on Inc. Magazine's "5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America" on 3 different occasions. His interviews have appeared in publications such as Forbes, Entrepreneur, eWeek, Huffington Post, CFO Magazine, Fox Business, as well on radio and TV. He graduated from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business with a B.S. in Business Management & Finance. Matt enjoys running, spending time with his wife and kids, and especially traveling to any destination that includes a beach.
Blanca is our Regional Director assists our doctors with all dental procedures and has extensive experience with implant surgery, IV sedation, and invisible orthodontics. She also oversees our entire clinical team. She has been working in the dental field for over 25 years as a lead dental assistant and coordinates the ordering and maintaining inventory of our office dental supplies Blanca is a Bountiful native and enjoys being a part of the many adventures her kids take her on as well as swimming, camping, and watching movies.
Serena leads our Healthcare Investment Team. Serena has had a career in dentistry since 1978. She worked as a dental assistant then moved to a schedule and financial coordinator, then to an office administrator. She worked with her father, a pediatric dentist, as well as others for many years in building and running highly successful practices. Serena has worked as a consultant/coach, author, and speaker for almost two decades. She is noted for her expertise in start-ups, business development, insurances, coding and billing, systems implementation, leadership, and team building for the entire practice. Serena’s mission is to make a positive difference in the business of dentistry that will create financial and personal success for dentists and their teams.
Stacy is our Insurance director and has over 9 years of office experience, she knows how to keep things running smoothly and quickly even on the most hectic days. Certified in both CPR and X-ray operation, she’s truly a jack of all trades. When she’s not in the office, this native Utahn loves pumping iron and spending time with her husband and 4 boys!
Danya is our project manager for all offices and has over 10 years of experience in the industry. Danya graduated from Carrington College and has specialized in invisible braces, IV sedation, surgical assisting, and CEREC (CEramic REConstruction). Formerly our Murray office manager, she has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of our processes and procedures. Danya has also worked in the film industry for over 11 years as a side hustle/hobbyist and loves traveling, cooking, and exploring new cuisines.
Jenny is our Human Resource Director and a cornerstone of our company! After 10 years in education, she made the career change to Human Resources and LOVED it! She graduated with a bachelor's degree in education from Utah State University. In her free time, she loves to play any sport. Some favorites right now are golf, pickleball, and basketball. She also loves to listen to audiobooks and podcasts while doing ANYTHING! Fun fact: She loves to travel and has a goal to hit every MLB baseball stadium (11 down).
Hayden is our Financial Controller and has vital experience working in multiple industries tracking the numbers and helping companies grow. He graduated from The University of Utah with a bachelor majoring in Business Administration and a minor in Entrepreneurship. He likes to watch Utah football during the season. He also enjoys traveling, hiking, and camping all over the world.
Shannon is our Staff Accountant, but she prefers to go by the “Accounting Wizard.” Graduating from Stevens-Henager College with her bachelor's in accounting, she has over five years of experience managing accounts receivable as well as accounts payable. She is also Quickbooks online certified. During her free time, she enjoys collecting rubber ducks, spending time with her family and pets, reading, knitting, and playing online games.
Aurora works in our accounting department and has been working in accounting for the last 8 years! Aurora learned her skills on the job through many different accounting positions and has proven herself to be an expert despite not going through formal certification or schooling. On her off days, she enjoys boating, camping, and spending time with her husband and 3 sons.
Ashley is the Healthcare Invest Coordinator Assistant and has worked in many positions across the dental field. A former scheduling coordinator, benefits coordinator, dental assistant, and oral surgery assistant, she has incredible knowledge of all things that happen in the office! In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with her husband and our 4 very busy little boys. Her favorite place is St. George to go on vacations with them!
Maddy is our HR assistant and has years of experience in legal as both an office manager and paralegal assistant. She is also skilled at creating accessible documents, and all of these skills serve her well in her new position! She holds degrees from BYU and ASU, and has additional training in billing, social media management, website editing, and design, to name a few! Growing up with 6 brothers, she knows how to manage people and in her free time, she loves to read, watch films and tv, and listen to podcasts/audiobooks.
Alicia is our Director of Marketing. Alicia has ample experience and knowledge when it comes to all aspects of marketing, especially digital marketing. Alicia received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Management from Boise State University. In her free time, Alicia is an outdoors enthusiast. She enjoys hiking, camping, skiing, and snowmobiling.
Ben is our marketing assistant and has worked in marketing since 2017. Before coming to Stubbs Dental, Ben worked as a Marketing Coordinator and videographer/editor for several companies. He graduated from the U of U in 2019 with a bachelor's in Marketing. He has additional certifications in google advertising and has over 8 years of filming and editing experience. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his fiancé and cat, as well as playing pool, basketball, and video games.
Murray Team
Andrea is the Practice Director at our Murray location and has been in the dental field for over 12 years! She received her dental assisting degree from Bridgerland Tech and has been been with Stubbs Dental Implant Center for nearly 6 years. When she is not in the office using her wealth of knowledge to keep things running smoothly and on time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids playing tabletop games!
Mariah is our healthcare Investment Coordinator at our Murray office and has been in the dental field for over 16 years! She started as a dental assistant for 6 years then worked in the front office and became an Office Manager for 10 years. With her wealth of experience, she has a full perspective of the ins and outs of the entire office! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 boys camping, skiing, hiking, and gardening.
Lexi is our Patient Care Coordinator at our Murray location and has been working in the medical field for over 2 years! As a former IHC coordinator, she has a wealth of knowledge on how to keep the office running smoothly! When she’s not working hard in the office she enjoys seeing the world, as well as singing, playing instruments, and spending time with her friends!
Saige is our Insurance Coordinator for our Murray location and learned all the tricks of the trade from her time at IHC billing Medicaid. Always on a tight schedule, she is currently studying to achieve her bachelor's at UVU as well. During her limited free time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and going out to new experiences.
Autumn is our Scheduling Manager for our Murray location and has been in finance for the majority of her career. She was formerly in billing and collections for IHC before joining the Stubbs Dental team. Autumn loves her animals, 3 of which are ball pythons with the other being her cat Gypsy. She enjoys spending most of her free time with her husband and 3-year-old son.
Darika is a Registered Dental Hygienist at our Murray/Lehi location and has been in the dental field for over 16 years, with 14 of those years spent as a Dental Hygienist. She has achieved her bachelor's in Dental Hygiene and has experience scouting for the Utah Dental Association. She’s also dedicated time volunteering with Sealants for Smiles and at the Jr. League Care Fair. In her free time, she loves to travel, garden, and work on home improvement projects.
Melissa is a Lead Dental Assistant at our Murray location and has been in the dental field for over 10 years! With experience at many different offices, and having done assisting as an instructor, her wealth of knowledge and thousands of hours spent practicing has made her a true professional! She holds additional certifications in CPR, phlebotomy, and radiology. In her free time, she loves to travel, camp, hunt, fish, and enjoy the great outdoors with her family and friends!
Kayla is a Dental Assistant at our Murray location and has been working in the dental field since 2016. With experience as a front desk assistant and insurance coordinator, she is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of dentistry! She is currently continuing her education with classes on dental hygiene, but holds many additional certifications in CPR, phlebotomy, and radiology! In her free time she enjoys four-wheeling with her husband, spending time with her husky, and doing art projects!
Amy is a Dental Assistant at our Murray location and has been in the dental field for over a year! Having attended school for dental assisting, and having done extensive extracurricular education, she is an expert on all things teeth! In her free time, she enjoys creating ceramic pieces, as well as hiking with her husband and dog!
Madison, better known by Maddi, is a dental assistant at our Bountiful office and has been in her role for over 4 years! She has quickly proven herself an excellent teammate and demonstrated that she is knowledgeable, a quick learner, a hard worker, and an incredible team player. During her free time she loves the great outdoors, no matter the weather!
Lucia is a hygiene assistant at our Murray office and has just over a year and a half of experience in the dental field! After completing her education she started her career at a general practice before finally ending up here at Stubbs! In her free time, she enjoys doing makeup, tending to her plants, and spending time with her family!
Bountiful Team
Athena is the Insurance Coordinator at our Bountiful clinic and a staple of our Bountiful office! She is always hard at work, juggling her position with her full-time schooling for her forensic odontology degree. When she does finally get a free moment, she enjoys relaxing over a Disney movie with her friends and family.
Lexsea is our Healthcare Investment Coordinator at our Bountiful office and has been in the dental field for over 8 years! With experience as a dental assistant, as well as an office manager, she has a full understanding of the entire dental process! She also holds additional certifications in dental assisting and private scrub privileges! Her additional talents include being able to remove any stain (she's known by her family as Mrs. Clean,) and in her free time she enjoys relaxing with her daughter and dog!
Mady is a Patient Care Coordinator at our Bountiful office and will always greet you with a smile and a great attitude. A former champion rugby player, she has what it takes to accomplish any goal in front of her! In her free time, she loves being outdoors with her friends and family.
Megan is the Insurance Coordinator for our Bountiful location and comes from an extensive customer service background! Though she's new to the dental field she has proven herself a quick learner and a truly important part of our Bountiful team! She also holds an associate's degree in Science, is a national karate competitor, and has two bearded dragons as pets! In her free time, she enjoys karate, video games, and relaxing to her favorite shows!
Kate is our insurance Coordinator for our Bountiful location and recently moved to Utah! A long-time Texan she and her family decided to make the move and try out something different. In her free time, she’s an avid pickleball player and loves to spend time outdoors with her family.
Andrea, better known as Andy, is our insurance coordinator for our bountiful location and has many years of prior experience in accounting. Additionally, she holds a bachelor's in accounting and has been good with numbers for as long as she can remember! When she isn’t in the office she enjoys spending her time rock climbing, hiking, skiing, and running! Quite the traveler as well she has visited all 30 MLB stadiums!
Sasha is a clinical lead at our Bountiful clinic and is passionate about her work! She began her journey in 2011 at Davis Technical College, where she learned how much she enjoyed dentistry. As a Certified Dental Assistant, experienced in pediatric, general, and surgical dentistry, as well as invisible orthodontics, IV sedation, implants, and the All-On-4 ® she is an invaluable part of our team! In her spare time, she loves adventuring in the great outdoors with her family and traveling the world!
Rachel is a dental hygiene assistant at our Bountiful office and has just begun her dental journey! An avid learner and always eager to grow and improve, she has quickly become one a favorite team member of many patients! When she is not helping to serve up smiles at the office she's a thrill chaser that enjoys skydiving, as well as relaxing and painting with her friends and family.
Kirk is a hygienist at our Bountiful location and is truly a master of his craft! Nearly 12 years ago he decided to pursue a career in dental hygiene and on August 14th, 2014 he graduated Magna cum laude from the Utah College of Dental Hygiene with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Dental Hygiene (BSDH). He is committed to excellent service and he truly enjoys making life better and easier for other people. In his free time this eagle scout loves to learn about software development and grow his skillset!
Heidi is a Dental Assistant at our bountiful location and has hundreds of hours of dental experience across multiple practices. She holds certifications in radiology, life support, and dental science, and is a board-certified dental assistant. Always a hard worker, she is also currently working towards her bachelor's in nursing. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, as well as hiking with her family and dogs.
Anita is a dental assistant at our Bountiful office and she has been in her role for nearly 30 years! With her extensive experience and thousands of hours spent perfecting her technique, she is truly a wonderful addition to our team! During her free time, her favorite activity and passion is fishing.
Taylor is a Dental assistant for our Bountiful Location and has over 5 years of assisting experience! Receiving her Dental Assisting certificate from Ogden-Weber Technical College she still loves to learn and is constantly improving her technique. In her free time, they enjoy boating with their daughter & family!
Mykah is a dental assistant at our Bountiful office and has been an assistant for over 10 years! With extensive experience in oral & maxillofacial specialty practices, she has incredible attention to detail and the knowledge to ensure an excellent visit! Holding a slew of additional certifications as well as working on the side doing nails and makeup she still finds time to camp, boat, and spend time with her family.
Kara is a Scheduling Department lead trainer and Scheduling Coordinator for our Bountiful office. Though she’s new to the field and the position, she has proven herself as an expert organizer and timekeeper and is invaluable to our team. She loves to travel and adventure the world with her friends and family, but still makes time to relax with her 2 cats for movie nights.
Stacey is the scheduling manager and surgery scheduler at our Bountiful clinic and has over 15 years of customer service experience. Originally a patient coordinator, she then transitioned into the DA role after completing her Dental Assistant program before being promoted to her current role. Certified as a DA, and in dental radiology, Stacey knows everything about the office front and back. Being new to Utah, she loves traveling and exploring the state with her husband and child!
Layton Team
Jennifer (Jen) is the Practice Director for our Layton location and has over 10 years of customer service experience, as well as 6 years in healthcare and a year in account management. She holds degrees in Journalism and Communications with an emphasis on PR, with a minor in psychology. She enjoys training in MMA, being near the water, and spending time outdoors with her kids adventuring.
Sarah is a Scheduling Manager at our Layton location. Sarah received her dental assisting degree in 2007 from Certified Careers Institute and her Associates of Applied Science from SLCC. With over 13 years in the dental field she specializes in cosmetic dentistry and dental implants. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her three children and boyfriend. They enjoy movies, games, camping, and hiking as a family.
Ashley is one of our Board Certified Hygienists. She graduated with honors from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Being a hygienist is not a job for her, it is her passion. Patients always report that Ashley’s cleaning is the best cleaning they have ever received at the Dentist! Ashley loves to spend time with her husband and three boys, camping, four-wheeling, and playing video games. She is a self-proclaimed “Girly Girl” and loves to shop.
Mandi is a Dental Hygienist at our Layton location and has over 6 years of experience in both smaller local practices, as well as large corporate offices. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene as well as a minor is a psychology. She is certified in local anesthesia as well as with diode lasers. In her off days, she manages a business that she co-owns with her husband, and enjoys traveling with him and her dogs.
Diana is our Healthcare Investment Coordinator at our Layton location and has been in the dental field for over 37 years! With experience in many dental positions such as certified dental assistant, receptionist, treatment coordinator, and program administrator her wealth of knowledge and diverse skill set is a truly wonderful addition to our team! Adventurous at heart she decided on a whim to pack up everything she could fit in her Jeep to move from Delaware to Utah! When she's not in the office she enjoys spending time with her family gardening or going on walks.
Kim is a clinical lead at our Layton location. She graduated from the Jordan Applied Technology Center dental assisting program in 2011. She specializes in assisting oral surgeries, IV sedation procedures, and invisible orthodontics. In her free time, she enjoys anything that involves her two Shiba Inus Rocko and Nala.
Mindie is a Dental Assistant at our Layton clinic and has over 11 years of dental assisting experience. She is certified as a dental assistant as well as in CPR, surgical assisting, and radiology. As the youngest of 2 siblings she’s learned the perseverance it takes to be amazing at what she does. She loves to travel with her husband and 3 kids and enjoys the outdoors, especially beaches and fishing holes.
Shelby is a dental assistant at our Layton location. She has over four years of chairside experience and specializes in dental implants. She also completed additional training from Dentsply has experience with IV sedation, and has surgical assisting experience from many All-on-4® procedures. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, hiking, and camping. She likes spending time with her animals, friends, and family.
Susi is a dental assistant at our Layton location. She is especially helpful as she is fluent in English and Spanish excelling in dental terminology. She has over 23 years of experience in the dental field and graduated from Lake Tahoe Community College in 2000. Susi has also received additional training in invisible orthodontics. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to audiobooks on crime, podcasts, and spending time in the outdoors with her husband.
Hannah is a scheduling department lead and digital scheduling coordinator at our Bountiful clinic and has been in customer service for over 8 years. She’s a communication guru whether it be face to face, over the phone, or through texts, chats, or emails! With her 5-star certification through the Scheduling Institute, she's sure to never miss a beat. If she’s not in the office, she’s outside in the snow snowmobiling, playing soccer, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and 2 dogs.
Serenaty is a scheduling coordinator at our Layton location and has recently completed her dental assisting program at Ogden-Weber Technical College. Though she's new to the field, she has quickly picked up the skills necessary for excellent customer service and clear organization/communication. On the side, she enjoys her time as a nail technician, as well as watching movies and spending time with her family.
Lehi Team
Nikki is the Practice Director for our Lehi Location. Working up from a patient care coordinator all the way up to office manager, she has over 6 years of medical office management and a history of helping offices grow and expand to multiple locations. She has also achieved her Associate in Occupational Studies and has attended over 10 business leadership conferences. In her free time, she enjoys the great outdoors with her dog, whether it be hiking the mountains or walking along the beach!
Daryan is our Patient Care Coordinator at our Lehi location! In her time with us, she has quickly shown her strong attention to detail and impressive organizational skills! Always a pleasure to work with, make sure you give her a warm greeting when you meet her! When she’s not hard at work she enjoys spending time with her chocolate lab, and enjoying the outdoors with her family and boyfriend fishing, hunting, hiking, and more!
Kelsea is our HCI at our Lehi location. Though she is new to the dental field, her customer service skills are unmatched, and her fluency in English and Spanish helps us serve clients of all backgrounds! When she’s not helping patients, she enjoys hiking, singing (she’s also in the Tabernacle Choir,) card games, and the wonderful outdoors!
Shannon is our Dental Hygienist for our Lehi office and has over 4 years of experience as a dental assistant, as well as experience as the 2020 president of the Utah Dental Hygiene Association. She has obtained her bachelor's in Dental Hygiene, as well as completed additional training in instructional design. During her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with her 2-year-old son!
Malia is our Scheduling Manager for our Lehi location and has over 2 years of medical customer service skills. Though she may be new to the dental field she has quickly developed the skills necessary to excel in her position and be a huge asset to our team. When she’s not in the office she enjoys spending time outdoors, with her family and boyfriend, four-wheeling, hiking, and singing.
Faith is a Dental Assistant at our Lehi location and has been a DA for over 5 years! In the past faith lead two general offices before her move to Stubbs, and she has her certification in Dental Assisting, as well as additional certifications in phlebotomy, basic life support, and nurse assisting. A true Utahn born and raised in St. George she’s a family girl and loves doing anything and everything with them, as well as spending time with her very smart doggy!
Hunter is a dental assistant at our Lehi location and is just beginning his dental career! Originally a Stubbs Dental All-on-4® patient, he liked it so much that he took a course in dental assisting course at Utah Valley University and was hired on after his internship! In his free time, he enjoys spending time out and about with his daughter, or playing some kind of game with his family and friends.
Ari is a dental assistant at our Lehi location and has been loyally serving our patients for over a year! Hired fresh out of her dental program from Mtech, she has proven herself to be a dedicated student, a quick learner, and eager to grow her skill set. Holding additional certification in radiography, CPR, and OSHA compliance. Born in Costa Rica, and growing up between the US and Canada she is well traveled and well cultured. She loves spending time with her family outdoors, especially in the water!
Molly is a dental assistant at our Lehi office and has been working in the dental field since 2019! She achieved her dental assistant certification from Mountainland Tech and has not looked back since! A woman of many talents, she is a proficient violinist and a killer at volleyball and ultimate frisbee. During her free time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
Rickelle is a Dental Assistant at our Lehi office and has been in similar roles for the last 3 years! Holding both an associates in applied science, as well as a Dental assistant certification she has an excellent head on her shoulders! When she isn’t working hard to help our patients smile she enjoys spending time with her cat Ozzy as well as exercising and being active!
