Important COVID-19 Update

As the status of COVID-19 and corresponding recommendations change frequently, we are doing our best to keep up and adjust our policies as quickly as possible.

Your health and the health of our staff are our top priority, and that is why we are STILL OPEN, but have implemented some new procedures to limit the number of patients coming in at any given time, screen everybody coming into the office, increase sterilization above recommended standards, and comply with the most recent recommendations from the ADA and CDC.

Our office follows strict cleaning and sterilization protocols for the protection of our patients. In addition to the continued use of hospital grade sterilization equipment in our office, we clean all contact surfaces between each appointment. We use disinfectants across the office, including frequent sanitation of the front office and patient waiting area. Our employees maintain personal hygiene as well as wearing surgical masks and washing their hands and changing their gloves between each patient.

Helping Cops with Kids reach their fundraising goal By Alicia Green on December 11, 2019

This holiday season we decided to go above and beyond our normal monthly donation. We were contacted by the Davis County Fraternal Order of Police to see if we would help sponsor the amazing Cops and Kids program and of course, we couldn't turn down helping our community.

Cops and Kids is a program that pairs law enforcement officers with donors to provide a Christmas experience for less fortunate children whose families are financially unable to do so. The children are selected with input from the Division of Child and Family Services, and Davis County School District. All funds provide direct support to children in need, with no administrative costs.

The big day:

Children meet at Applebee’s where they are paired with “Their Police Officer” and are served breakfast.(Donated by Applebee’s.) They then accompany the officers in marked patrol cars with lights and sirens in a police lead parade to their local Walmart Store. Once at the store, an AirMed Helicopter arrives and lands Santa Claus in the store parking lot, as the lights police cars with the children ring the landing zone. The children enter the store with Santa, and shop with the Officer. The children purchase gifts that are wrapped and taken home. Pictures with Santa are provided to the children.

The Davis County FOP was $3,000 short of their fundraising goal for this event and we knew we had to help them reach their goal. Stubbs Dental is proud to donate $3,000 to Cops with Kids this Christmas season. If you are able to help this amazing program please visit www.daviscountyfop.org to see how you can donate.
