Monthly Donation - The Eric Rader Family
Each and every month Stubbs Dental donates the proceeds of all new patient exams to a deserving member or organization within our local communities. December's recipient is the Eric Rader Family.
The Situation:
Eric Rader and Jody Gray have fallen upon hard times. Eric was recently diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in June of 2020, and has been out of work on chemotherapy ever since. Already dealing with the loss of their income and steep medical bills, December came and both the Raiders contracted COVID as well as pneumonia. Just a few short weeks after that, Eric suffered a stroke that ended his life on January 7th, 2021. The whole family is grieving the loss of this father of 12, and grandfather of 13.
Jody is also unable to work due to her medical disabilities such as fibromyalgia, and now has mounting medical bills as well as funeral expenses to cover. Unfortunately, they did not get their Christmas miracle this year and the holidays had been anything but happy.
We know this strong and resilient family can bounce back, but a little help can go a long way in difficult times like these.
Stubbs Dental was able to donate $4,215 to help cover funeral expenses, as well as remaining and future medical bills. However they still need help, and anything counts.
