Stubbs Dental COVID-19 Policies & Updates
As the status of COVID-19 and corresponding recommendations change frequently, we are doing our best to keep up and adjust our policies as quickly as possible.
Your health and the health of our staff are our top priority, and that is why we are OPEN, but have implemented the following procedures to comply with the most recent recommendations from the state of Utah, ADA, and CDC. We appreciate your cooperation and consideration as we work our way back to normal operations.
COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
We reccomend you wear a mask if you are not fully vaccinated, excluding during your procedure, as provided by the CDC.
Patients with any flu-like symptoms cannot enter and must reschedule.
We may be taking all patient’s temperatures before check-in and asking everyone to sign an acknowledgement of no fever, cough, or flu-like symptoms, no travel outside US to affected areas, and no known exposure.
Please practice social distancing in our waiting room.
If an operatory is not available by the time you finish checking in and filling out all paperwork, please make sure to stay 6 feet apart from other patients in our waiting room. If there is a patient checking in at the time of your arrival, we ask that you wait until he or she leaves the waiting room or is 6 feet away from the check in counter to enter and begin your check-in.
Our office follows strict cleaning and sterilization protocols for the protection of our patients. In addition to the continued use of hospital grade sterilization equipment in our office, we clean all contact surfaces between each appointment. We use disinfectants across the office, including frequent sanitation of the front office and patient waiting area. Our employees maintain personal hygiene as well as wearing surgical masks and washing their hands and changing their gloves between each patient.
