June 2022 Donation: Help Samantha Kick Cancer
Our June 2022 donation goes out to Samantha Corey, a 10th grader diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma Cancer, a type of cancer that affects the bones and muscles. She has been in the hospital many times in the last few months, but she has been able to do a few things like talk with friends and sit in the summer sunshine! Cancer is tough but Sam is tougher. Hi, this beautiful girl pictured is Samantha Corey. In April this lovely girl was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma Cancer. Sam is only in 10th grade and is so young. This type of cancer affects your bone and muscles. Mantha has stayed so positive though it and such a strong and hardworking girl. She has finished her first round of Chemo therapy and has gone through fevers, sepsis, nausea, and much more. Through everything she always has a smile on her face with the most positive attitude. All proceeds will be given to her. If anyone deserves anything it’s Samantha. #manthacancercrusher

Good/great news: the results of the scans showed the main tumor had ‘dramatically reduced in size’!! For perspective, my first set of scans measured the large tumor as 10.4 x 8.5 x 10.9 cm. It is now measuring 1.1 x 4.1 cm!!!! Also, all the other smaller tumors all over my body are pretty much gone!! The Dr was VERY excited!!
