March 2023 Donation: Hildegharde's Food Pantry
Our March 2023 donation goes out o Hildegharde's Food Pantry, a local food bank in the Salt Lake area that has been providing assistance to those in need for over 40 years. Founded in the early 1980s, the organization has made it their mission to fight off hunger and improve the lives of those around them. The pantry is named after Hildegharde Maus, a Salt Lake City resident who dedicated her life to serving the community. Her legacy lives on through the pantry, which continues to carry out her work of helping those in need. The pantry is run by a team of dedicated volunteers who are committed to making a positive impact on their community.
One of the main services that Hildegharde's Food Pantry provides is food assistance. The pantry offers a wide range of nutritious food items, including fresh produce, dairy products, and canned goods. They also provide other essential items, such as toiletries and personal hygiene products.
