April 2023 Donation: Utah Diaper Bank
Our April 2023 donation goes out to the Utah Diaper Bank a non-profit organization that aims to provide a reliable and adequate supply of diapers to families in need in Utah. The organization collects donations of diapers, as well as monetary donations, and distributes them to families through partnerships with other non-profit organizations, such as food pantries and homeless shelters.
The Utah Diaper Bank recognizes the significant financial burden that purchasing diapers can place on families who are struggling to make ends meet. By providing diapers to families in need, the organization seeks to alleviate some of the stress and financial strain that can come with caring for a young child.
In addition to distributing diapers, the Utah Diaper Bank also raises awareness about the issue of diaper need and advocates for policy changes at the local, state, and national levels to address this problem.
This gift will make a difference in the lives of Utahns struggling to meet a basic need of diapers for their children. As you are aware there is no government sponsored program that supplies diapers or funds for diapers to those in need. Most of the food banks, homeless shelters, and other support organizations quickly deplete the diapers that we supply to them. Thanks to people like you we finished 2022 shipping well over 1 million diapers to Utahans in need.
